Gianpaolo Pabros
I am a 20-year-old portrait photographer and newly-formed filmmaker based in Vallejo, CA. As of recently, I have graduated from Napa Valley College with an A.S. Degree in Digital Photography. My mission as a director/photographer is to create meaningful art pieces that strike a lot of personal mental health issues.
The most recent project I directed, SURRENDER, is the most personal, difficult project that I have worked on so far. The themes tackle agoraphobia, dependency in relationships, and grief. As I grow into my art mediums, I open myself up to any form of work in my youth. I am up to any task as long as I learn from it.
My plans for 2023 include being more hands-on with film sets, integrating film-industry practices into my own workflow, networking with creatives, and creating more meaningful artwork.
